During online classes, small technical problems can happen- like audio not working, video freezing, or trouble joining a session. These things can happen to anyone, and the good news is that most of them are easy to fix.

Remember this first:
- Rejoin Zoom
- Follow your teacher’s instructions
- Stay calm

If your screen freezes
- Rejoin Zoom.
- Type “F” in chat if still frozen.
If you can’t hear the teacher
- Leave & rejoin Zoom.
- Type “No sound” in chat.
If the teacher says “Video OFF”
- Turn off your camera.
- This helps the class run smoothly.
If the teacher says “Chat Only”
- Do not speak.
- Use the chat to answer.
If your internet is slow
- Move closer to Wi-Fi.
- Switch to mobile data if needed.
